Sea Cliff

The most recent project was a remodel state-of-the-art, 10,000 square foot, single-family home built on a cliff’s edge in San Francisco. This challenging build included intensive foundation work, i.e., helical piers and concrete tiebacks. The Savant smart home features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms with steam showers, a customized sauna, movie theater and gym, 3000 bottle climate control wine cellar, green roof, and solar along with multiple terraces and decks. Materials were sourced from all over the world. Extensive collaboration between contractors, architects, engineers, and designers alongside the homeowner resulted in a one-of-a-kind, bespoke home where stunning custom finishes abound.
